Samsara (2011)

Beautifully shot and filled with some incredible imagery, Samsara is a worthy follow-up to Baraka, but it's considerably darker in mood than its predecessor. Inspiring at times, but surprisingly uncomfortable at others. See it, but make sure to see it on the big screen.

  2. ross I think I was too generous with my rating, but it's still worth seeing, especially to compare to Baraka. This one had a strong prejudice against Western society that I don't remember seeing in Baraka.
