The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012)

Really thought I was going to hate this. The songs, the lighter material, the liberties I knew Jackson was going to take with the text. It's no Lord of the Rings, but I'm pretty happy to be back, walking in Middle Earth. The 48 fps took something to get used to.

  2. brock Using The Hobbit as an example, I don't think so. However, I think it could be interesting to do a horror movie using a high frame rate.

  3. jordan I think if everyone is saying it feels like you're on set with the actors, they should film plays and show them in theatres. I'd buy that for a dollar.

  5. brock I think a horror movie would benefit greatly from how weird it is to just see something with such a high frame rate. You should really SEE this.
