Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002)

Austin Powers sucks. These movies really reek, like a week-old deer carcass that has ben simmering in the sun by the side of the highway. They are idiotic and insulting, and I can't see how anyone can think they are funny.

  1. Nougat_Jesus What's funny? MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL. DR. STRANGELOVE. MEN IN BLACK (first one). Not Austin Powers. I know, I know -- they're full of dick jokes and that ought to ensure their humorous content. But it doesn't. I like a good dick joke as much as the next guy, but the Austin Powers ones just are smarmy. I don't like humor that makes me feel ashamed that I'm a human being.

  3. Nougat_Jesus I read that "Austin Powers 4" is in the works. I revisited this one and skimmed the two previous ones. There does seem to be diminishing returns as the series goes on...
