The Killer Eye doesn't actually kill anyone, it just sort of .. does sex on them. That, he does a lot. Of it's 72 minute runtime, probably 35 are absurdly long scenes of young women rubbing eyetentacles on their nipples, or men rubbing their tummies. It is what it is.
