Strangelove's sure some strange psychotic satire - stereotypical Stanley. Well-written and wittily directed, but in fact fails at funny.

I'm sure I'll catch hell for this. I don't really like Dr. Strangelove. It falls in that trap in satire where you want to make your point more than you want to make things funny. People laugh more at the "jokes" and think to themselves "How True" than because it's funny.
