Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead (2010)

When I accepted that this is well suited to show teenagers I got over the rinky-dink feel and over use of animation and cartoony music. It takes a good turn when it starts to follow Phil's journey to health though. It's pretty much always good to see people get healthy though.
