Gerry (2002)

This probably could have been something had it not been so boring. I don't mind slow, but this was painful. The desert landscape setting is genuinely spectacular and is beautifully shot. Unfortunately I couldn't keep my focus on the story enough to appreciate it.

Gerry (2002)

Extremely slow, but reasonably absorbing. Gerry contains some of the most beautiful imagery I've ever seen - really, it's like Ansel Adams made this movie - but with an average shot length of 60 seconds, it's still a bit of an endurance test. Which fits.
