Synopsis:

Another one with potential that ends up doing absolutely nothing of interest or meaning with the movie and wastes a lot of time getting there.

Way too long, but mostly delicious. It's a shame Nicolas Cage didn't get to be too wild in this one, but he compensates by delivering the most melodramatic performance since Britney Spears in Crossroads.

Was this a Philip K. Dick adaptation? No? Oh, well that's good then because I'd feel bad that his story was done so boringly if it were. Clear that's what they were going for though. It's hard to make manic Nick Cage boring, but yet, this movie exists.
