Black Mass (2015)

Some stuff was really great: casting, acting, design. But why I'm giving a not great score is because of the ending and the pacing. Couldn't feel a conclusion approaching and the past/present jumps were wasted and made unnecessary. Wont re-watch but enjoyed watching.

  2. lautir Depends on what else is out there this year, but I can definitely see a nomination for this. However he still brings Depp quirks to Bulger that remind me more of his past characters instead of a new one. Does do a good job of being someone terrifying though. Your fav, Cadbury Bumblebatch, however, takes a very backseat low-key role.
