Taken (2008)

All in all, is it a "good" movie? Yes, despite the ridiculous frame story, which is merely a vessel for Liam Neeson to kick ass. Also worthy of note for its coverage of immigration, forced prostitution, etc. in Western Europe. Plenty of awesome action/fight scenes.

Taken (2008)

Liam Neeson is a badass. This movie is just pure awesomeness. Only Neeson can make looking for your daughter super cool.

Taken (2008)

Two words: Liam Neeson. The man is Hollywood's Jesus, only instead of turning water into wine, he takes mediocre scripts and tranforms them into the most engaging movies of the year. Taken should have been a total dud, but thanks to Liam, it's incredibly fun.
