21 Jump Street (2012)

I feel like this movie was 1-2 years late to the party. It has a ton of teen culture references in it that hit their peak 2 years ago. The jokes are pretty funny but I always got the feeling whatever it was had been done before (recently). This isn't a slag, it's alright.

21 Jump Street (2012)

The purpose of a comedy is to be funny before all else and this was successful at that in spades. Lots of great meta jokes about the premise and call backs to the source material. Lives up to its hype. I can see this being a favorite to rewatch a lot over the years.

21 Jump Street (2012)

21 Jump Street surpassed my expectations and was truly enjoyable. I found myself laughing throughout regardless of the far from perfect (yet still fun) plot. Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum were perfectly paired and both presented loveable and charming characters.

21 Jump Street (2012)

Better than I thought it would be. I am a fan of buddy-cop movies and this one hit the right notes. The story was lacking in some areas, but that is to be expected with a movie like this.

21 Jump Street (2012)

Yeah........ not bad. Had some moments that really made me laugh hard but resorted to some old cookie cutter buddy comedy cliches that prevented it having any real credit..... other than being a light fluffy mediocre comedy.

21 Jump Street (2012)

I expected to hate what they had done to an excellent 80s teen drama, and was pleasantly surprised. It was actually funny. Jonah Hill has charm falling off of him, and great chemistry with Channing Tatum. The story was very much lacking - enough to take it from good to mediocre.

21 Jump Street (2012)

Most fun I've have at the movies in ages. With great chemistry and plenty of bro love, Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum are the perfect buddy cop duo. The jokes are brash and in your face, and the plot's a little silly, but fuck it -- who cares if you're laughing the entire time?

21 Jump Street (2012)

I didn't want to, but I found myself laughing out loud at the often sophomoric and disconnected skits. Childish set-pieces loosely chained within the groan inducing story as often as not hit the mark, but the primary narrative is so ineptly written it's hard to fully enjoy them.
